- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and international medical travel standards.

| Experience: |
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or Healthcare Marketing.
- Proven experience in Medical Tourism / Medical Value Travel is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building international referral networks and hospital partnerships.
- Experience handling international patients and cross-border healthcare coordination.
- Prior experience in contract negotiation and partnership management.

| Responsibilities & Key Tasks: |
1. Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategic plans to expand the company’s medical tourism portfolio in target international markets.
- Identify new market opportunities and high-potential patient segments.
- Design and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish pricing strategies and competitive positioning in global markets.
2. Partnership Development
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with accredited hospitals, specialty clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilitators, referral partners, and international agents.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level partnerships.
- Ensure partner hospitals comply with international accreditation and quality standards.
3. Sales & Market Expansion
- Generate new patient leads through B2B networks, corporate tie-ups, insurance partners, and international agents.
- Promote customized medical travel packages (treatment + travel + accommodation).
- Conduct market visits and represent the company at medical tourism expos, conferences, and travel exhibitions.
- Develop and implement targeted sales campaigns across priority markets.
- Drive patient acquisition and revenue growth through strategic outreach.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor trends in global medical tourism and identify emerging treatment demands.
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing models, and service structures.
- Identify high-demand treatments and recommend portfolio expansion opportunities.
- Provide management with regular market intelligence and performance insights.
5. Patient Coordination & Experience Management
- Connect with international patient leads and provide detailed treatment information.
- Coordinate with hospitals to obtain treatment plans, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Ensure a smooth, empathetic, and professional patient journey.
- Assist in coordinating visas, travel arrangements, accommodation, and local support services.
6. Coordination & Operations Support
- Work closely with operations, travel, and hospital teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and international medical travel standards.
- Support documentation, regulatory requirements, and service quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, partnerships, and revenue performance.
